What's covered?
This session is designed for any Hubs in the Network who are looking to start or improve the way they collect data about the digital inclusion support they provide, to better measure the difference it makes.
We'll be introducing you to some basic principles and steps of impact evaluation that you can apply in your own organisations. We will also be talking about how you can work with us to collect data from the people you support to evaluate the impact of Good Things products and services, and the difference your digital inclusion support is making.
By the end of the session you should feel more confident to get started or improve the way you collect data to measure the impact of your digital inclusion support.
