Fundraising resources for your hub

28/03/2025

We understand the increasing financial challenges faced by network members. To support your fundraising efforts, in this article we've compiled various resources that may be helpful.

From paying for core services to payroll and printing, costs are rising and the need for many organisations to raise funds is becoming even more vital.

A recent report from UK Fundraising showed that 1 in 5 charities have had to cut back services due to finance & workforce pressures.

But where to source additional funds?

Fundraising covers many activities -  raising donations, applying for grants and more. It can be overwhelming to work out the best way to maximise your chances of receiving funding and achieving financial stability.

But it’s not all doom and gloom. We’ve created and collected resources to make this process easier and support your journey to fundraising success.

Highlights from our resource collection

Creating your bid toolkit - a template  for writing funding bids, based on what we use at Good Things Foundation.

Project planning and budgeting for bid success - an article of tips and tricks on submitting a successful bid.

Project planning and budgeting for digital inclusion bid success - an on-demand webinar around writing successful project plans and budgets for bids.

Fundraising for Digital Inclusion - a more in depth guide to fundraising through the lens of digital inclusion.
