Digital skills
10.2m people lack the most basic digital skills (foundation-level skills). Which is why digital skills support is at the heart of the National Digital Inclusion Network.
Almost 3 in 10 people in the UK remain stuck according to the Lloyds UK Consumer Digital Index 2023- so we work hard to ensure people with no or low digital skills can gain the confidence and knowledge to use the internet.
These resources can help you promote the digital skills support you provide to people in your community, as well as encourage those without digital skills and little or no online experience that the internet has something to offer them.
