We don't have to tell you that there's plenty to think about when running a hub! Promotion and outreach, staff and volunteers, support you can provide learners and even the sites you use.

We wanted to make it a little easier for you, so have gathered some tools and guidance to help you improve digital inclusion in your local area, develop your organisation and the work you do, and help those in your community who need it most.
