HMRC: Advice and support grant (2024-2027)
Good Things Foundation is delighted to be working with His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) to deliver a 3 year programme which aims to help 12,000 individuals who need extra help in understanding and complying with their tax affairs and claiming their entitlements.
What is the HMRC: Advice and support (2024-2027) grant?
Funding for up to 30 local Digital Inclusion Hubs who have extensive experience of helping people with tax affairs and entitlements, with three different contract sizes to apply for:
- £13,000
- £6,250
- £3,250
Successful applicants will demonstrate:
- A person-centred approach to delivering support.
- Reach to key target groups.
- Evidence of helping individuals to engage with HMRC online services.
- Past delivery of project outcomes and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Expertise in providing digital assistance and wider digital inclusion support.
Successful applicants will also be required to adopt a multi-channel approach to delivery including:
- Tailored support with tax affairs required by the HMRC customer.
- Face to face delivery blended as needed with phone, email and web chat support.
Who's eligible for the HMRC: Advice and support (2024-2027) grant?
We welcome applications from members of the National Digital Inclusion Network across the UK.
Organisations outside of the network are welcome to apply but must complete a joining application at least five business days before the deadline of a funding round.
