August Hub of the Month: Wiltshire Digital Drive CIC

What started as a grassroots community project during the 2020 pandemic has transformed into a powerful, volunteer-led movement. Wiltshire Digital Drive is dedicated to refurbishing and redistributing second-hand technology to the people in their community who need it most.

Since opening their doors in 2020, their incredible team has:

• Saved over 9,000 devices from ending up in landfill.

• Redistributed more than 4,000 devices through a trusted network of referral partners.

By closing the digital divide, Wiltshire Digital Drive gives individuals vital access to the everyday opportunities that technology brings—unlocking pathways to employment, education, and independence.

Growing Together with the National Digital Inclusion Network

"The National Digital Inclusion Network has been a hub of encouragement, inspiration, and support throughout our journey. We've used the available resources to upskill, stay informed, and share knowledge—not just with colleagues, but directly with the people we support via the Learn My Way platform.

Access to free data and additional devices has enabled us to scale our reach, strengthen our local impact, and ensure no one gets left behind in a digital world."
